Bladeranger (TASE: BLRN), which develops drone-based cleaning technologies and software and hardware solutions for monitoring and analysis of solar energy fields, reports that Propellor Drones has entered into a framework agreement with Electra ( TASE: ELTR). Under the new service agreement, the first of its kind, Propellor Drones will use Bladeranger’s unique cleaning technology to clean Electra’s solar energy fields.
Bladeranger estimates that revenues from the framework agreement will amount to around NIS 1 million and could increase significantly depending on the number of solar energy fields that are added to the agreement. The current agreement concerns the provision of services for solar energy fields, which produce 30 megawatts across Electra’s portfolio, estimated at hundreds of megawatts.
Bladeranger has an exclusive distribution and cooperation agreement with Propellor Drones in Israel, for marketing and deployment as a unique cleaning payload designed for use to assist commercial drones, under Bladeranger’s 30% right of Propellor Drones’ revenues from the deployment of the cleaning system.
